Make sure you exit out of steam completely, right click on the shortcut for Steam and run that as administrator.

Everything I've ever heard about this issue for EaW was that it's solved by running Steam (not the game unless it's the retail version, the Steam client) in admin mode. I can't find anyone else it hasn't worked for.

got 579 go of free space. Tried to start steam with admin rights still didn't work...

This is a fairly common issue with EaW, make sure Steam is running in admin mode. That usually fixes it.

Are you sure you have enough space? No matter where you installed the game(D or E or whatever) it always saves to your user documents, usualy looks like this:
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Petroglyph\Empire At War - Forces of Corruption\Save
Check if you have enough space in that drive...

Hi all. I just reinstalled Thrawn's revenge after some years and all is working well on steam. I simply have a little bug: when I try to save my game, I have an error message in game saying that I don,t have enought space. That's obviously not true so I wondered what was happening?
