I don't believe there are any ads once you log in.  They're only there when using as a guest.  I have scripts allowed universally for this site, and never see an ad after I log on.

You should be able to just left click the adblock button when on the site, and there should be something like "disable on this domain", and it'll let you choose how specific that is.
