NR Methods: Mara Jade can reveal buildings, Airen Cracken reveals everything.

IR/PA Methods: Probe droids reveal everything.

IR Methods: Isard reveals ground forces when over a planet.

I don't know if any other IR spies can or if the EotH intelligence guy can.

First off, I know that some leaders are spies. I have Han Solo, for instance, spying a couple of systems to keep an eye on things. What I'm curious though is if it's possible to spy on ground units. I seem to recall being able to do that at one time.
