You're right, without superweapons, there wouldn't be another cold war, they'd just go attack each other cause they have nothing to fear

And war may have helped in the past a few hundred years ago, but nowadays it wont help, only hurt, there aren't any more colonies or unclaimed land, everybodys got their own country now so the only thing war would do is kill off countries, not help new ones
