So, when I start a new GC  as the empire of the hand and occasionally imperial remnant, and all other factions, the starting hologram character freezes, then the game freezes as if game time is stopped, I can sill view the map but time is stopped, THEN, I can’t view discriptions and I can’t order ships or troops.

This is in ICW 2.15
