EA got it's resources to build the night hammer and Maldrood gain tactical minds like Pellaon and Tough fighters like Leiona Tarvia and Maldrood kept most territory.

Maldrood will get it's roster increase pretty well in era 4, and EA gets the Night Hammer.
For PA though yeah that does apply to them honestly.
