Huh. Disney must have mislaid it when they (apparently) relocated the Lucasarts website/support to starwars.com.  Anyway, another place you can find it is on EAWFiles: http://empireatwar.filefront.com/file/Forces_of_Corruption_RAM_fix;107025.

EDIT: So I raised a support ticket about the RAM Fix over on starwars.com and apparently the reason we couldn't find it is because it shows on the Empire a War page rather than the Forces of Corruption page. Go figure.  So the official link to the file is this: http://help.starwars.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/STAR-WARS-Empire-at-War-Update-Files?section=Star-Wars

Try it and see.  From what you said, the RAM Fix is the first thing that comes to mind.

Have you tried installing the FoC RAM Fix?

Do you have any mods (or any part of any mods) installed into Data for either FoC or EaW? RaW does this automatically, if you have that.

I'm having a problem where whenever I start the game it immediately comes up with this error that says "Exception! - An exception has occurred. See _logfile.txt and _except.txt for details. Press CANCEL to exit or RETRY to debug." and when I click retry it just crashes the game. The original EAW works perfectly though. I've never had any problems with the game before.

Someone please help me :crrry:
