Mon francaise est tres mauvaise, mais je vais essayer si tu veut utiliser un traducteur pour traduire de l'anglais. Je ne pense pas que le ""FOC_RAM_MPLobby_update.exe" est ton probleme; cette est pour quand le jeu "crashes" (je ne sais pas le mot en francais; cesse a functioner sur l'ecran de chargement). Quoi utilisez-vous pour lancement le mod? Le defaut pour le jeu, ou le .bat avec le mod? I read some topic and it's seem like I don't intall "FOC_RAM_MPLobby_update.exe" but on the website you linked I can't download this file (that say when I tried: "The waiting time is exceeded" => I translate by google translate because it's french like me so sorry for all the error in my text). Maybe you have an advice or an other link or solution.
