Indeed, there's probably a way(I once had someone get me the Knight Hammer for Delvardus a while back but it crashed the game so I had to undo it.)

Indeed it is, MWONCH if you wish to just have one get to era 3 of Art/essence of war or the Shadow of the Empire campaign (I believe) and as Xizer says, Palps as a space hero. Though if you wish to just make it buildable I unfortunately do not know how.
