EotH started off essentially as what the PA is now; an assortment of obscure Imperial units. We then shifted it to have what it does now. The VSFII was one of those units.

I was tweaking some things in the XMLs to try to balance out skirmish based on discussion between myself and a friend who play together regularly (I'll get around to creating a thread on this someday), and I noticed there's a Victory_Frigate in the EotH Space Units file which has the text <!-- You found an easter egg --!> above it. What's up with this? o.o

Most likely a unit that was ambiguous in the fact that we weren't sure if we were using it or not. And if it's the unit I think it is, it's not surprising.
