Did you change Steam's launch options for the game?

Hmm, I think I followed this before I tried Desura but it didn't work.  I unzipped the file and placed it in the common mod files of corruption, but it still didn't take

Edit:  OH, but I didn't modify the launch files in properties

You can't launch it through Desura when you have the Steam version, Desura doesn't change the Steam launch options. You'll need to use the Steam installation instructions from the manual which will tell you what they hagve to be set to, and then launch through Steam.

I got the steam EAW gold version And downloaded the mod through desura.  When I launch the mod through desura, it launches vanilla EAW, not corruption.  Also, when I launch corruption through steam, it still doesn't have the mod.  I checked steampowered forum and one other had this problem and thought it might be because corruption is listed as a DLC, not an expansion.  Is there any fix for this problem?
