Especially when there wasn't anyone who posted above you, bumping it did absolutely nothing (and if there were it was just as pointless because we still read everything).
For this error, there's actually nothing in the mod that could affect it; the mod is put into the Mods folder, which means the game isn't even looking at it when it's starting FoC, so if you're just trying to start base FoC your problem is probably elsewhere. Does it happen when you actually try to run the mod, and are you running as administrator?

I know for a fact, that I have no emulating programms running yet alone installed on my pc.
