Almost any mod that edits the units will fuck up the campaign.

I am not sure if tis is the right area for this topic, but I figured that since it is a disscussion about FOC it might be the right place instead of trouble shooting. I am playing  through the sinle player campaign and I have reached a problem. it seems that the one of the missions won't let me finish it. I am wondering if it is a mod issue. I have already beat the game without a mmod on it, so it isn't an issue about finding out what happenes, but When I replayed EAW with mods on, it didn't effect it. So I was wondering if anyone had noticed that the FOC campaign missions are effected by modding. If so does anyone have a way to get around it vise playing the original unmodded version. The mod pack I am having issues with is actually UEAW, but I was wondering if this was a generic mod problem.
