Emperor > 5000 (I think)
Grand Moff > 3200
Moff > 1600
Grand Admiral > 800
Admiral > 500
Vice Admiral > 250
Rear Admiral > 175
Brevet Admiral* > 125
Stormtrooper Captain > 100
Stormtrooper > 10
Recruit > 0
