propably nobody except few historians. but studying history of a country helps you to understand it better in my mind. And I personally love history of all kind, especially WWII and ancient Rome. but back to topic before vadereclipse comes and says that all I do is spam.

Meh, his submarine force was primarily aimed at the Merchant Navy rather than the Royal Navy.. Although i do admit that he came close to closing the supply lanes. I was under the impression, however, that his surface fleet was far less successful..
