Not the Anaxes War College system. I used to play Hearts of Iron II/Arsenal of Democracy and in my head I kindof have my own system. Its basically the amount o fleet points a ship requires.
Points.
1. Corvette/screen/light frigate
2. Light Cruiser/Escort Carrier (CVL)
3. Heavy Cruiser (CA)
4 or 5. Battlecruiser/super CA/small carrier
6 Points Battleship, Carrier, Hybrid (BB, CV, hybrid) eg Ascendency SD, Tector, ISD II
8-11 Points Super/Heavy BB/CV (eg Secutor,Lucrehulk, MC 90, Allegiance)
16-27 Pocket SSD (Praetor, Bellator)
35+ SSD (Executor, Viscount).
