Strange bug or did I mess sth out

Hello,
I have a stange bug that is frustrating me very much I gain only half of supply points of other players, It makes me suffer so much in games vs hardest AI, I have a couple of screenshots but can't sent them somehow (guess becouse I'm new here),if it's my fault sorry for taking your time then.
Specs:
Win10
i5-4690K
GTX 970
RAM 16 GB
Large adress aware set on-use more then 2GiB of Memory

Okay let's get the obvious out of the way.

1. Did you take screenshots through steam, or not through steam?

2. In your Ascendancy game options is one option called "Small Fleets" or "Small Fleet Sizes"?

Also, what faction are you playing as? Some factions have a way of getting a boatload of extra supply through various techs.

ad. 1. I took screens through steam, they take about 400-500KB each.

ad. 2. I have normal fleet sizes, I think it's not the case becouse if it would be enemies would have same capacity as me-at least on start.

Once played as EoTH once as New Republic- my enemies start with 60 supply, I start with 30

The PA and IR get more supply than the NR and EotH, but in general their ships are meant to be much worse (the stats for the EotH in 1.0 don't necessarily reflect this as much as they should, though; the PA is currently OP, and the EotH a bit too weak, though they can still run circles around the other factions and win that way).
