whats in the files

The name says it all, what are all the files i should in Imperial_Civil_War?  When i first tried to play it all it had was the hud nothing else was different,  i check the files and the XML file was missing, so now im wondering what else im missing?

There's hundreds of files, if not thousands. I suggest reinstalling.
