Crash at Launch

Fresh installation of SWEAW and the FOC expansion, both are updated to the correct patch, no other mods are used, Installed the TR mod exactly as instructed and every time I launch it just freezes on a screen with the fist mark on the storm trooper shoulder pad.

Ideas anyone?

Are you sure you have the RAM fix? It's not auotmatic like the 1.1 FoC patch. It can be found here:

http://www.lucasarts.com/support/update/EAWFOC1_1.html#fix
It's at the bottom of the page under 1.1, called FOC_RAM_MPLobby_update.exe
