Discrepancies with in-game Tech Tree

In era 5, Pellaeon can't build the MTC or the Acclamator (and there's no reason why he should), but they're listed under him in the in-game tech tree.

Anyone else got others they noticed?

Why wouldn't he build the MTC?  Best carrier the remnant has.

Him and Daala get the Venator and Acclamator, which are close enough to the MTC.

Oh yeah, forgot he gets the Venator.  Acclamator (IMO) is complete garbage, but the Venator is a better carrier than the MTC.
