Rogue One? best installment other than Thrawn that has been outstanding.

I liked Rogue One but honestly thought the third act was boring. Really, really boring. That and the Stormtroopers were more sympathic then Jyn.

I figured out that with TFA the plot could have been good, but they messed it up by trying to carbon copy a new hope. It created situations when the movie made no goddamn sense.

sounds about right. but he forgot to mention in the plot that he gets the lightsaber of a once great jedi, or outright Anakin's lightsaber, since both Luke and Rey got that first.
