We are going for the 11 times longer than an ISD, with the Eclipse slightly shorter than that. I made a scaling guide to Thrawn's Revenge a while back, I'll update it a bit then post it.

I'm assuming you mean the Executor class by SSD? If so, yes, you can build more than one, but they will be very expensive, and take quite a bit of time to build.

Well, you can like other people while still liking Thrawn. Even if you don't like Thrawn this mod could be good for you. You get the chance to blow him up in (number withheld) different factions.

1. You can only splice the mods by taking the stuff from one mod and pasting it into the files of another. There is no way to run two different mods at the same time in one game.

2. No, you can't scroll or add a scroll bar. Hardcoded.Just make certain ships only buildable on certain planets.
