so, my scenario is there is a partial success, Cronus still loses and goes into hiding, but Luke takes the mantel of emperor, determined to merge it with the republic. at the same time, Thrawn learns of his heritage, and chooses to support him. Borsk and others throw Luke, Leia, Han, and all their supporters(including the RRTF, Ackbar, Mon Mothma, Ackbar's fleet, and part of the the Mon Calamari, who are forced to flee) and take power, continuing the war. the Empire of the Hand quickly hits Entralla, taking over the PA, and establish the Skywalker empire in 6 ABY, at the start of this timeline for the mod.

main factions:

  Imperial Remnant. lead by a multitude of leaders, mostly former warlords, it is determined to restore the Empire to it's former glory
  New Republic. lead by Borsk Feylya and later others, it is a militaristic republic determined to destroy the empire.
  Skywalker empire: lead by Luke, it is the home of the New Jedi Order, as well as true democracy. it is comprised of the True republic remnant, the EoTH, the PA, and the Jedi. main storyline faction

minor factions:
    Greater Maldrood(playable): lead by Truetan and Kosh teradoc, it is the largest fragment outside of the IR+Zsinj. it's core forces are centered around the Crimson Command Fleet, lead by Treutan teradoc and currently being expanded on by this faction
    Duskhan League(playable): obnoxious invaders, they attack everyone, trying to purge the galaxy.
    Warlords(semi-playable): only playable as Ciutric hegemony, Eriadu/Kampe authority, and a couple others, the rest non-playable, the Walords are the minor imperial factions(other than Maldrood)

as for the infinities, it will be the Skywalker Empire, inspiration for it coming from Shadows of Mindor. will elaborate later when i come back to this. it is 10:30 where i am, and i just got back from camp. 6 weeks left

so, i couldn't think of a better thread to put this in but here is another alternate scenario of that time

so first, Daala learns that the empire is dead, and she vows revenge. but, she keeps a cool head, packs up the sun crusher, releases her prisoners to report back that the empire is alive to make them nervous, and goes around the galaxy recruit mercenaries and stray imperial warships into an irregular fleet that then moves into the core. for the scenario, let's say she adds a ISD, 5 VSDs, a Venator, 3 Gladiators, 2 Ton-Falk carriers, and 25 smaller support ships. then she moves into the deep core and takes here entire fleet around trying to reunite the warlords, with little success. when she reaches Kalist VI though, a similar scenario happens. Harrsk demands she join, Teradoc Attacks, but Daala orders Kratas and the fleet to only fire Ion cannons, disabling Teradocs fleet before Pellaeon flees with 62 CCVSDs. afterward, she leads all the forces, her's, Harrsk's, and the captured Victories against Teradoc's fortress, with a similar outcome, the alliance with Pellaeon, the forced truce, btu no losses from when she started out from the Maw, but with 1 more destroyer, 7 cruisers, and 30 support ships.

what do you think would happen after? at Tsoss beacon and the campaign

so, with your new extra information between battle and galactic maps. i had a few ideas:

with the ISD 1/2/T(tector), they each should have a defined role, so each is independent

ISD 1 is known to have 60 turbolasers and 60 ion cannons. so, my thought was an ability where it has an intensification of ion canon fire, plus boarding. so you cheaper destroyer that could also capture/disable enemy units. carry 7 squadrons(5 TIE/LN and 2 TIE/SA)

ISD 2 has heavier firepower/shields, and should also carry better fighters. 7 squadrons(3 TIE/LN, 2 TIE/IN, 2 TIE/SA). power to weapons and tractor beam ability

Tector has no hangar, but even more heavy firepower, shields, and armor. power to weapons and single unit retreat

as for the smaller ships, it should line up like this

Victory 1 has more concussions missiles and 3 squdrons( 2TIE/LN, 1 TIE/SA), but weaker Armor/shields, and is slower
Victory 2 has stronger shields, armor, firepower, ion cannons, and faster speed, but 1 squadron(TIE/LN)
Procursator has little stronger shields, but more turbolasers than ion cannons. 2 TIE/IN squadrons. is a little slower
CCVSD remains upgraded VSD2 with 3 squadrons

however, my point was more a new variant of them that is not canonical, and my bad if the ability was already set up... does this mean we can capture SSDs from the enemy? because i want to see Kaine, Sysco, the Viscount, and a Intego in the same fleet

probably not, and here's why:

first, the boarding thing. modders don't have that ability set up yet fully(if at all), and even if modders did. it is not possible to set abilities up to be 1 time shots.
also, and more important, no ships in SW match that description you have, so this would end up being a fanon creation, and we try to avoid it if possible.
also, for 2500, doing a single bomber's worth of damage is PATHETIC, considering the Corvettes do more than that, and they are cheap ships, so this would end up become close to worthless, and a great WASTE of money, not much else

A Planet selling weapons to terrorist and rebel groups
because the empire was terrorizing the whole galaxy and betraying all of Alderaan's principles. and you still don't go around blowing up planets. hitting the government and armed forces and installing stormtroopers would have sufficed

You cant really run your sector and not be ruthless to Criminal and rebel cells, and if you cant maintain order and people are killing each other... Worst a more drastic measurers will be taken against criminals, and Rebel cells.

ever heard the Saying "two wrongs do not make a right"? same concept. being more ruthless means more people hate you and will rebel. quoting Princess Leia
