Yes Delvardus was the only Warlord who managed to sneak in a weapon(disguised as vanity medals, very clever) and came within an inch of actually succeeding in taking her with him(which let's face it would have done the Empire a WORLD of good as it would have left Pellaeon defacto in charge BEFORE losing the Night Hammer...

He also managed to keep an entire brand new prototype SSD secret, give it stealth plating AND manage to cut the crew size to less than half the original number that is an impressive resume when you think about how hard pressed he was early on and being surrounded with constant war with the other 12 Deep Core Warlords.
Shame that he lost his territory so early on, he could have been the greatest warlord. But he lost to a rookie sullustan officer, so...

on a different note, what will happen to Kaine IF Palpatine dies and the crimson empire forms before Kaine dies? will he be part of the empire, PA, or just die?

This is a really good question. And it makes me wonder some things too.
For example, if in the O:SH GC Harrsk dies before the Emperor does, in the schism, is the Zero Command still going to emerge? Same thing with Teradoc and Delvardus. With Kaine we know the PA still exists, as it is a more stable faction, despite the Grand Moff's death. But the Zero Command and the Eriadu Authority have a really small territory, and with no leaders, they could easily desappear after the Emperor's death. The Teradoc Union, however, can still emerge as it is governed by Teradoc's brother, Kosh (As we saw after Treuten's death in lore in the X-Wing novel).
I don't know if this can be possible with the game engine, and I konw that having both the death of the Emperor and of any of these Warlords happening in the same GC is difficult, but it could be an amazing addition to the mod if the game allows it.

Kaine Die in the end of shadow hand and the birth of The Crimson Empire. The Crimson Empire Gc most Likely takes place in the middle of the Crimson Empire Campaign.

Kaine died in the end of the pre-Shadow Hand Campaign at the Battle of Palanhi, in the biginning of the GC's timeline. He never got to see the final death of the Emperor in Onderon or the start of the Imperial Mutiny in Coruscant, never mind the ''creation'' of the Crimson Empire.
Rather than him, I could see a minor hero that carries the Reaper, that survived the O:SH (Although I can't think who).

Quick question: What heroes will the PA have? And who will be their leader? Because at this point, Kaine, Jerec, Sariss and Yun are dead, Grant has deserted to the NR, and I think Trelix and Sysco are dead too.
PS: It seems to me that the EA is missing in the Crimson Empire image.

Where Maldrood is a hard mix of pirates and low level Admirals(not counting Paccti Syn)

Peccati Syn never aligned himself with the Greater Maldrood. After the Battle of Endor, he remained officially part of Sate Pestage's empire, though he was really aligned with the Church of the Dark Side with fellow Grand Admiral Ishin-Il-Raz, but he was never allied with Teradoc, nor was he part of the Maldrood.

Teren Rogiss's ship(Agonizer) was use in 12ABY at adumar( I think that's how you spell it) to help get the planet to join the IR
So the Agonizer would be a great addition to Era 4-5(just saying)
True that, but only in era 5, in era 4 he didn't do much.
I wouldn't see much logic in adding Kir Kanos or Carnor Jax.
They only operated in the gap between eras 3 and 4. To add them to the mod, they would have to split era 3 (Operation Shadow Hand) into two sub-eras: Dark Empire and Crimson Empire. Otherwise it wouldn't be logic to have them or other Crimson Empire related heroes.

Well, a good hero to add to the IR in the first era, specially now that it starts with 0 executors, is Admiral Freyet Kiez. He was in charge of the Azure Hammer Command in the Azure Sector and commanded the Executor-class Super Star Destroyer Whelm. I'm only suggesting him because at he start of a GC the IR would have no supers, while the PA and ZE (only them that we know) have one each and the posibilitie to recruit another. For balance purposes, he could be recruitable from the planet Anaxes.

Prentioch was only in charge of Prakith and never did anything really except fortify it and drive it into economic ruin and starvation until he was overthrown

That's not Prentioch, that's Foga Brill. Prentioch formed the Prentioch's Dominion in 4 ABY after the Battle of Endor, and he controlled the Wornal Sector. In 6 ABY, he was defeated by the New Republic in the Siege of Bomis Koori in the Western Reaches Campaign led by Firmus Nantz.

This looks really cool. I really like it. You ARE in the right direction  ;). And I guessed right with the Bacta War. Well, sort of haha.
To answer you AdmiralThrawn2, adding the EA to Bacta War wouldn't make sense as for that time, they only controlled one planet, Kampe.
Ans in Stars Align, they said that they want to make it a PA campaign, so adding lots of planets would essentially make it look like Endor Aftermath. And the EA is too far away to be involved.
Also, what kind of hero would Pestage be? A spy? Or one that grants bonuses? Or both haha?

After reading the Wanted By Cracken supplement, I have found two criminals that could be Maldrood's heroes: Tyrn Jiton and Corf Sarb.
The first was a bounty hounter that operated in the Borderlans Region. The Greater Maldrood contained part of the territory of the Borderlands and Jiton could be recluted from the planet Lucazec.
Sarb was an imperial crime lord operating in the planet Deylerax in the Talcene Sector, near Metalorn (He could be recruited from there).
Plus, Tol Getelles goberned the Antemeridian Sector, which I presume was in the Maldrood's space.

Emancipator will be used by Kre'fay in one of the new campaigns we haven't announced yet. I doubt we'll use Liberator since the people associated with it tended to bounce around a lot and have other more important associations at any given time.

The problem with him for Maldrood is actually where he was; his homeworld is Prefsbelt IV, and he was operating out of Barpine, both of which were either squarely in Pentastar space, or at least along the Braxant Run, which is pretty far from Maldrood. I do agree he fits as someone they could recruit thematically, so if they're lacking he could definitely be considered as someone who you can recruit once you get to that area as Maldrood, although we'd need the resources to make his ship, so that would be lower priority.

If Kre'fey is commanding the Emancipator, then I guess the new campaign is the Corruscant one (Perhaps you can add the Bacta War to it?)

And if they are is who is commanding them?
I check Wookiepedia but was left confuse.

I think the Emancipator was commanded by Admiral Ragab.

Also, what about Lieutenant Lon Donell for the Maldrood? After the Battle of Endor he turned to piracy and it's known that he sold ships to imperial opperatives. He could be a great addition to the Maldrood as he commanded the Immobilizer 418 Cruiser Detainer.

Good to see I wasn't so misguided with my idea after all. Your idea makes sense, altough it could be divided in two different GCs (this one and the GM/Zsinj), but if the game limits you to do this, the Endor Aftermath GC is equally as good to have.

First of all, I would like to thank the team for bringing this awesome mod for Eaw:FoC. For me, it's one of the best mods I've seen and you made a grat work in it.
And I don't want to add you any work, but now that we have new Warlord factions, I was thinking open this topic to make suggestion for new GCs that would be really cool to have in-game. Of course, this is just a suggestion.

I will start with one of my own, the Western Reaches Campaign (4 ABY - 6 ABY).
Synopsis:  After the end of the Nagai-Tof War, Admiral Firmus Nantz was given command of the First Fleet, tasked with operations in the galaxy’s Western Reaches. He staged his campaign from the planet Saijo and took the planets Abraxas and Glova. This victories kept Imperial Warlords Utoxx Prentioch and Sander Delvardus bottled up in their own territories.
 Admiral Nantz then began his campaign for the Moorja System and the Hevvrol Sector, controled by the Imperial Remnant. Meanwhile, Captain Sien Sovv organized the defense of Sullust and the conquest of the Eriadu Authority.

Note: I can see this mod will no longer have the non-playable faction Warlords, but I think you should keep it for the lesser Warlords like the Prentioch’s Dominion, the Zero Command, Ciutric Hegemony, etc. If you don´t want to add this faction, you can either add Prentioch and his planets to the IR or erase him from the GC.

Note 2: I believe I have added too many heroes to the NR and IR, and you are free to remove whichever you want.

Note 3: I know Par Lankin was a Warlord, but to not make the Warlord faction too strong or the IR too weak I added him and his planets to the IR.
