The Lounge / Sleep

So I was wondering how much sleep people usually get during the night as I have a very irregular sleep pattern compared to the rest of society's, I usually tend to go to bed at 3-4 in the morning and get up at 7:00 A.M. I do this because a.) It's quiet in my house at night and it's the only time I can relax. b.) I hate sleeping as it's a waste of valuable time because I don't dream or anything while I sleep so I get only what is necessary to keep my body functioning normally. c.) Because I have too much school work to sleep very much. Don't worry I catch up on sleep during the weekends but getting around 7-10 hours Friday and Saturday nights

Star Wars Discussion / Favorite Ship

This discussion is for everyone to say what their favorite ship is. Whether it be from Legends or Canon. Games or movies. Old Republic (Revan-ish era) or Post Empire. To be honest mine is either the CIS's Providence class Carrier/Destroyer, or the ISD Mark II because of it's Octuple Turbolasers. And my favorite starfighter is the X-wing or A-wing

Star Wars Discussion / Eclipse SSD versus A Viscount Star Defender

So another scenario I have a question about, who would win in a direct one on one fight? An Eclipse Super Star Destroyer, or a Viscount Star Defender? I mean you have the mass scale of the Viscount with thousands of turbolasers, heavy moncalamari shielding, and advanced fighter wings. But the Eclipse has a superlaser on it's prow. So I don't know who would win in a fight.

Star Wars Discussion / New Battlecruiser vs Old

Alright this is a battle between sluggers between the Empire and the First Order, who would win in a fight? A Praetor II battlecruiser (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Praetor_Mark_II-class_battlecruiser), or a Resurgent class? (battlecruiser http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Resurgent-class_Battlecruiser)
And before everyone immediately says Praetor for it's size, remember the Resurgent is a very well armored and well defended fighter carrier. Cuss and Discuss as you will

The Lounge / Stellaris Mod proposition

I have a question for everybody, would a Stellaris Story driven mod of ICW sound like a good idea because I think it does but I don't know if the mod team would ever develop a mod for the game but if they did they could have a great story driven campaign with it.

The Lounge / So which marvel movie seems more exciting right now?

We have several Marvel movies coming out/already out. Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Spider man homecoming, or Thor Ragnarok? Personally I'm most excited for the last one because they have part of the Planet Hulk storyline in it.

Welcome to the Boards / Hello people's of the forums.

Hello!!! I finally joined the forums after about a year/year and a half playing both ICW and Ascendancy. I joined around 5 days ago and I'm glad to be finally here and seeing the ideas that go into the mod, (my god this is formal). Anyways Hello everybody!!!!!
