Title: Empire of the hand play through

Ok I just started a new game and I’m having a bit of trouble on deciding how to start off. Also when do you get access to their battleships ( the one bigger than the phalanx I can’t remember it’s name)

ERA 3 Phalanx - powerful and recall CIS Ships can jump out of a battle in as little as 5 seconds - hit and runs are amazing with them.
