Title: anti-aircraft turrents - please fix

Seems they don't want to fire... Can they just set them back to 2.0 days? I actually liked using them to shoot objects other than aircraft :)

Their changes are part of an in-progress set of broader changes. Once everything's done, they'll work properly again.
