Hello,
I tried to download the mod on moddb because i don't have the steam version but the file have been deleted.
I hope the link will be functional soon.

Not sure which link you were using, but an updated copy of 2.2 has been on ModDB since 1 July: www.moddb.com/mods/thrawns-revenge/downloads (https://www.moddb.com/mods/thrawns-revenge/downloads)
