Since we should have a more positive discussion than how stupid RNG progression is in games. Games like Payday 2 and EA's BF2 can go sod off for giving me thirty cosmetics, and a second useless weapon modification that only gives me -1 stability +1 concealment for a gun I don't use.
This thread is dedicated to the most eye rolling moment in Star Wars that makes no logical sense. Or has you screaming "BULLSHIT!" This extends far beyond just the movies, including games. Yeah this thread doesn't seem to be going in positive places. Oh well.
Please post if your example is a movie, tv episode, game, comic, book, or audio drama.
Movie: Episode 2, Jango Fett shooting his assistant.
Episode 7, Rey being able to beat Kylo Ren in a lightsaber fight.
Game: I don't remember the name but when I found out that there was a Star Wars Clash of Clans rip off I hung my head in pity.

When a MC80b could take on a SSD, or the suncrusher
-
A CR90 killing an SSD in the games
The Fallanasi side story in Black Fleet Crisis.
Anakin and Padmes utter lack of chemistry in the fims-plus all of TFA
-
That story with the force-sensitive droid on board of the Jawa sand crawler, Mount Sorrow, some of the numbers regarding crew and ship sizes, C3PO doing a song for Han, the sun crusher... oh, and The Force Unleashed was also cringeworthy. There's a lot of stuff that doesn't make sense in Star Wars, and usually it doesn't have to since it's fiction anyway... but some things are taking it a bit too far, even for my imagination ;>.

in tfa, that tr8r or in mando'a aruetii did not shoot finn. also all the rebel scum always escaping.

Most Bullcrap Star Wars Moment:
I have to go with all the Rebel Plot Armor in "Star Wars: Rebels".
It just is: AAAARGHH.
Rebels in a Tie Bomber: 20 Hits from a Tie Interceptor: Still Flying.
Tie-Pilot in Tie Bomber: One Hit - Destroyed
AAAAAAAAAAAARRGH
-
All of FoC
-
Star Wars Rebels: space whales.
-
Star Wars Rebels: space whales.
Please...
don't remind me....
that was the most bullcrap finally one could come up with...
-
What's wrong with space whales? They had them in Star Trek too, and it's not like Legends didn't have it's own share of similar species as well! Oswaft (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Oswaft)
-
In Empires End when a cruiser class ship tractor beam was strong enough to drag an SSD to crash into Jakku
-
I am also going to add when ice-dogs saved the rebellion.
-
the slow speed space chase in TLJ where suddenly people care about the lives of tie pilots
-
Champions of the Force
- That random imperial officer ATTACKING KYP'S BROTHER FOR NO REASON and then trying to get in the Sun Crusher with him like nothing happened. W T F
FOTJ
- Saba getting made Jedi Grand Master after effectively murdering the last one.
- Thousands of Sith who have been cut off from the rest of the galaxy for millennia somehow taking over the entire government in a few weeks. Suck it Palpatine.
TLJ
-Rose almost killing herself and Finn to stop Finn from...heroically sacrificing himself to save their friends.
-
In Empires End when a cruiser class ship tractor beam was strong enough to drag an SSD to crash into Jakku
I believe it was actually one of the main points of the Starhawk Class ship, if not the main feature.
FOTJ
- Saba getting made Jedi Grand Master after effectively murdering the last one.
Self-defence
I would say its Rose' sacrifice. Thats what I hated.

Star Wars Rebels: space whales.
I will add to this HYPERSPACING god dammed space whales
-
It's Star Wars, so meeting force sensitive hyperspace traveling space whales is just another day on the job. What I don't get was how Wedge (was it Wedge?) was able to contact them and get them to come help defeat Thrawn. Ezra was able to talk to them in season 2 using the force, but Wedge can't do that. Can I use the word arsepull on these boards?
As much as I enjoyed TLJ overall, I think the most BS moment was Leia pulling herself back to the ship after the bridge got blown out into space. I can see how she could survive the vacuum of space for a time by creating a bubble of air around herself with the force. My problem is with her pulling/pushing herself back to the ship. If that's possible, what's to stop a force user from flying around like Superman or jumping from building to building like Spiderman? Even magic needs to have some rules or limitations.
Rey beating Kylo as easily as she did still bothers even though we got something of an explanation for it in TLJ. Picked by the force to be a powerful balance against the dark side? Fine, but you still need training to learn how to harness it effectively. I'm not very excited for Episode 9 now that JJ Abrams is at the helm. The guy is too obsessed with his bloody mystery boxes and doesn't seem able to close out a story arc in a satisfying way.

It's not a major one but the dialogue wheel in The Old Republic. The option paraphrases don't always convey the tone correctly, so when I want to reply with a polite "yes, I understand, thank you", I might end up with my character taking a snide sarcastic tone getting all like "yeah, I get it, thanks!"

Some of them are really hilarious.

For me, basicly the entirity of the ending of Rebels.
The whole force family thing is a bunch of nonsense, and basicly the whole The Clone Wars cartoons as a Legends material.
Don't misunderstand, I like TCW, I just don't like it being part of legends.
They should have moved it into canon only, as it contradicted everything in legends.

Isn't Fall of the Republic going to consider TCW as part of legends? Will it try to resolve the contradictions?
-
Since it is technically part of Legends, we will of course use it and it will be part of the mod, but since these contradictions we will consider everything else first, and only use TCW stuff if it isn't contradicting everything else.
Many people tried to resolve it but it contradicts so much it is almost impossible
-
tooo.... much... contradiction
-
yup.

Thinking back, the fact that Luke is inducted into the Rebel Alliance as a pilot between scenes and what must have been a matter of minutes. Sure, it was desperate, but it always feels like there's a scene missing where Luke at least signs a dotted line.
And there's the fact he can pilot an X-Wing without training. A bit like how Rey can pilot the Millennium Falcon competently too, although for those two, I can believe they were starship enthusiasts and would at least know the theory. For 9-year-old Anakin in a Naboo Starfighter? I'm not convinced.

According to the EU the X-wing and the T-16 wee both Incom products and had a similar interface. Also Anakin pretty well didn’t actually really know how to pilot the ship other than eventually control how it moves, and moving a steering yoke is not too hard to figure out. Most of what he did was frantically pushing buttons until things happened.

about 90% of the new canon stuff including TFA, TLJ, Rebels, a lot of TCW stuff, the attitude of some lucasfilm employees, new Battlefront 2, etc. etc. Old star wars canon had some problems, but like... holy shit.
