You're a predator over-grazing your prey, but you can't stop because the dark side fills you with this aching hunger that will never be satisfied.
Possibly one of my all time favorites and a fundamental reason the Dark Side never wins in the end even if it does in short term.

Kreia had countless of them (thanks to Chris Avellone and other great people of Obsidian) and for the novels, Allston and Stackpole are the kings. But to change, a political speech of Princess Leia :

I think the best tribute to Winston Churchill in SW books is the "ACKBAR IS BACK" from Destiny's Way.
