Just wondering why you guys have not put in field and fleet commanders in the mod basically =)

The AI used tom build ONLY those and it was a massive, game-breaking problem.

Highly irritating, got downright funny at times, getting attacked by 60 fleet commanders.

Back in the day when you had more pop in fleet commanders then you had fleet.
