Before 1.3, I uploaded a picture (http://gutr.swrebellion.com/forums/index.php/topic,2052.0.html) showing the notebook I use to keep track of what needs to be done before a release. Here's the 2.0 version, listing the two things to be done before we start the beta and the stuff being done during the testing phase.
