Why isn't it park along side the death star so Iden could immediately leave though?
BTW why does the messenger sound like a probe droid?

Yeah, I see the Raider now.  The blue running lights not going down the whole length of the ship as seen in a previous trailer and lack of clarity on the solar panels is what had me sitting here wondering if there was some other new ship filling roles in the new cannon.

I concur with Guderian; that's a Raider-class, with the blue lights being the weapons hardpoint above the forward blades/panels (you can just see the shape of the hull cut-outs above the lights).

If the blue lights were engines you'd expect the rest of the ship to be visible in the porthole to the right in the video, but there's nothing there.

I'm pretty sure it's not a Raider, assuming those are the engines and that what limited view we can see is infact the Stern then that alone doesn't match up to the stern of the Raider.

The scene in which it is, is too short to be sure.
But it might simply be the Raider-Classe Corvette which is the Base of Inferno Squad

Can anyone identify what Imperial ship this is in the background of the new Battlefront 2 Singleplayer Story trailer?

At first I thought it might be a Imperial-II Frigate / Rand Ecliptic style vessel but the presumed bridge seems a lil too flat and the stern is too long and pointed.

Does anyone have any idea as to what ship it might be?
