This is already how Endor Aftermath and Empires at War pretty much work.
Okay then The only other Idea I have is a Gc in the unknown Regions with a new faction.
What would you do though Corey?

I think you should do a gc where Zsinj Maldrood Eradiu PA Throw down A True "Imperial Civil War" Gc.

Or(and you might already be doing this) have Maldrood be included as a playable faction in hunt for Zsinj.

All of the previews, including the interview with Gul and my own playthroughs, have shown Maldrood in Hunt for Zsinj.

I might step out of my boundaries a little, but in the interview with Gul, Corey stated that some redundant GCs will be removed. Into the Cluster is a prime example of that. It is just a miniaturized Hunt for Zsinj with the republic being even weaker and having less ways to counter an SSD, so yeah.

There's already Hunt for Zsinj for that; what Endor Aftermath allows is having all the Warlords and early Imperial stuff be in one place without it having to be one of the era progressive GCs.
How about getting rid of into the cluster and replace it with a all out fight between the Warlords. Just them. :)

although it could be divided in two different GCs (this one and the GM/Zsinj)

This is actually a lot of what the Endor Aftermath GC is essentially focused on, although we're leaving out Prentioch and expanding it to cover the initial GM/ Zsinj conflicts as well.

Good to see I wasn't so misguided with my idea after all. Your idea makes sense, altough it could be divided in two different GCs (this one and the GM/Zsinj), but if the game limits you to do this, the Endor Aftermath GC is equally as good to have.
Again, thank you for your great work and for listening my suggestions.

Note: I can see this mod will no longer have the non-playable faction Warlords, but I think you should keep it for the lesser Warlords like the Prentioch’s Dominion, the Zero Command, Ciutric Hegemony, etc.

The thing here is we really just don't have the faction slots for it. Maybe after 2.1 when we're more solid on what we want to do going forward we can free something up for them and do something solely on the Western Reaches (without the secondary Alignment and Zsinj vs Maldrood stuff) but for now we're likely keeping it this way. It's not that I disagree with the idea, just some limitations we need to address before we can go that route.

First of all, I would like to thank the team for bringing this awesome mod for Eaw:FoC. For me, it's one of the best mods I've seen and you made a grat work in it.
And I don't want to add you any work, but now that we have new Warlord factions, I was thinking open this topic to make suggestion for new GCs that would be really cool to have in-game. Of course, this is just a suggestion.

I will start with one of my own, the Western Reaches Campaign (4 ABY - 6 ABY).
Synopsis:  After the end of the Nagai-Tof War, Admiral Firmus Nantz was given command of the First Fleet, tasked with operations in the galaxy’s Western Reaches. He staged his campaign from the planet Saijo and took the planets Abraxas and Glova. This victories kept Imperial Warlords Utoxx Prentioch and Sander Delvardus bottled up in their own territories.
Admiral Nantz then began his campaign for the Moorja System and the Hevvrol Sector, controled by the Imperial Remnant. Meanwhile, Captain Sien Sovv organized the defense of Sullust and the conquest of the Eriadu Authority.

Factions: New Republic – Imperial Remnant (Isaard Leader) – Warlords (Prentioch Leader) – Eriadu Authority

Heroes: (NR) Lando Calrissian – Mon Mothma – Airen Cracken – Wedge Antilles
(IR) Ysanne Isaard
(EA) Sander Delvardus – Maximilian Veers – Shea Hublim

New Heroes: (W) Utoxx Prentioch: SD-I Prentioch
(IR) Bregius Golthan: SD-I – Uther Kermen: SD-I Belligerent – Par Lankin: Galactic (Offers discount on Light Frigate Shipyard) – Leonia Tavira: TIE Squadron
(NR) Firmus Nantz: MC80B – Tyr Taskeen: Ground – Adar Tallon: Galactic (Offers discount on starfighters) – Sien Sovv: MC80B

Planets: (NR) Saijo (C) – Abraxas – Glova – Bespin – Endor – Terminus – Isde Naha – Dagobah
(EA) Eriadu (C) – Eiattu 6 – Sullust – Sanrafsix – Kabal – Clak´dor VII – Sluis Van – Woostri – Yag’Dhul – Belsavis – Aquilaris – Agomar
(W) Bomis Koori (C) – Kriselist – Ichtor – Keltos IV – D´rimba – Chibias
(IR) Thyferra (C) – Glom Tho – Fondor – Cilpar – Mrllst – Rintonne – Xandil VII – Kaal – Kalarba – Bestine – Belgaroth – Spirana – Denon – Moorja

Note: I can see this mod will no longer have the non-playable faction Warlords, but I think you should keep it for the lesser Warlords like the Prentioch’s Dominion, the Zero Command, Ciutric Hegemony, etc. If you don´t want to add this faction, you can either add Prentioch and his planets to the IR or erase him from the GC.

Note 2: I believe I have added too many heroes to the NR and IR, and you are free to remove whichever you want.

Note 3: I know Par Lankin was a Warlord, but to not make the Warlord faction too strong or the IR too weak I added him and his planets to the IR.
